For the purposes of these Terms of Use, “USER” will be understood as any person who accesses the Website or uses the services contained or associated with it through a device with Internet connection.

On the Website, the USER will be able to browse the different contents made available by BRUDY TECHNOLOGY, S.L., and especially get to know the variety of our products in medical nutrition based on the benefits provided by DHA for human health, which may be acquired through the online store of the Website managed by our subsidiary BRUDY LAB, S.L

The access or navigation through the Website by the USER implies their acceptance of all the Terms established in these Terms of Use and those related to the Privacy Policy. Any use of the Website shall be deemed subject to these Terms of Use, regardless of whether the USER is registered or not.

Costs

Browsing the Website is free of charge to the USERS (without prejudice to any fees to which said USERS may be subject as a result of the data traffic on their device/s and which may be invoiced to them by their own Internet provider.

The products that can be purchased in our online shop are subject to the prices and the rest of conditions expressly displayed on the Website.

Applicable regulations

These conditions are subject to Spanish law especially and without limitation, to the provisions of Law No. 34/2002 of July 11, 2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE), the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, Law 7/1998, of April 13, on General Contractual Conditions, Law 7/1996, of January 15, on Retail Trade, Royal Decree 1487/2009, of September 26, on Food Supplements, which transposes Directive 2002/46/EC which establishes the regulatory framework at European level, Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data already the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation, RGPD), with its respective amendments in all cases, and the rest of the legislation of a general nature or of subsidiary application in conformity with the basic principles of organization the Spanish legal system.

Jurisdiction

For any question regarding the validity, interpretation or execution of these conditions, the parties submit themselves to the Spanish Courts which, in accordance with the applicable regulations, and especially those referring to consumers and users, will be applicable; and failing this, and only in the case there is no mandatory rule on territorial jurisdiction, the parties submit to the courts of the domicile of BRUDY TECHNOLOGY, S.L.
